Burger fans will find themselves spoilt for choice with an impressive selection of gourmet burgers, each crafted with the finest Cornish and local Welsh ingredients and bursting with flavour.
At Hubbox, the Big Kahuna isn’t just a burger – it’s a meaty masterpiece. Two succulent beef patties topped with BBQ pulled pork, melted Monterey Jack cheese, lettuce, mayonnaise, and a generous slathering of BBQ sauce are sandwiched between soft, toasted brioche buns. Topped with two onion rings, they complete the meal.
The Korean Cluck is a tender, crispy buttermilk-fried chicken breast coated in a sticky, spicy Korean-inspired glaze. It is nestled between a fluffy brioche bun and topped with a cheese sauce, gochujang mayonnaise, lettuce, and pickles. It’s a flavour explosion, balancing heat with hints of sweetness and savouriness.
